Reservation Request

Please note this is a reservation request to see if we have availability. We are not asking for your credit card number now.

Please provide the following details so we can tell you if we have availability for your desired dates. If we have space we will confirm this by email, you will then need to provide us (on a secure webpage) your credit card details to confirm your reservation.

Please allow 24 hours to respond to your request. If your request is urgent (i.e.for today or tomorrow) or you may have difficulties in accessing e-mail within this time, you may call us to complete the booking. In this case you will need to give your Credit Card details over the phone. However PLEASE FILL THIS RESERVATION REQUEST IN ANY CASE. Calling hours are between 8.30 am and 2.00 pm, and 5 to 11.30 pm. We are one hr ahead of London, 6 hrs ahead of New York and 8 hrs behind Sydney.

Please check this box if you or your travelling companion(s) would like to book a female only dormitory with ensuite bathroom and balcony for €19.50 instead of €18. This room type is subject to availability upon arrival. Regardless of the reservation made the Menaggio Youth hostel keeps the right to place who has reserved this option in a regular female dorm, without ensuite bathroom, for 18 euros.

Half Board (also vegetarian) will be an extra 12 euros per person and 6 euros for small children (i.e. under 12), dinners can be replaced with lunches or pack lunches.

In High Season (July-August) and on week-ends Half Board and B&B&P reservations requests will have priority.

B&B&P is a daily coupon for 6 euros. With it you can have a pasta or pizza dinner (also vegetarian), or bruschetta, if you are not too hungry, or you can add a few euros to have meat, salad, special dishes like lasagna or dessert. You can use it for lunch or for a packed lunch and even share it with your group if some of you is less hungry and some others are more. For just 23 euros per day you can increase your chances to secure your booking* and enjoy the restaurant and it's spectacular views and great atmosphere, while allowing flexibility and affordability.

*In High Season (July-August) and on week-ends Half Board and B&B&P reservations requests will have priority.

At the hostel we will glad to assist you with information on independent activities, such as hiking, visiting nearby villages and Villas, and in the summer you can enjoy our beautiful beach.

Comments: Please enter here any special requirements or enquires you may have, or specify if you absolutely want to book one of the above activities. For Group Reservation please describe your group (i.e. school children from Ireland, bikers from the US, etc.). Specify what kind of rooms you desire, any special dietary requirements and any particular room requirements for the group leaders. Note

  • Dormitory rooms are single-sex with 4 to 8 beds.
  • If you are a party of 4 or more a mixed gender occupancy may be possible.
  • Children up to 4 years old are free.
  • Private rooms for 2 people have 4 beds; as you use only two of the four beds we ask that you have dinner with us.
  • Membership to your National Youth Hostel Association is mandatory. If you are not a member you will be required to pay an extra fee of €3.00 per night.
  • Please note that there are no self catering facilities at the hostel, nor we can store guests food in the hostel fridges (for health and safety regulations).
  • We are a licensed Bar and no alcoholic beverage whatsoever can be brought on hostel premises. Soft Drinks, wine, beer and cocktails are sold at the Hostel at a very affordable price.
