Cooking Classes
Have you ever wanted to learn to cook authentic Italian cuisine? At the Menaggio Youth Hostel you are in the right place.
Our cooking classes offer the opportunity to experience traditional Italian cooking recipes using the techniques that have been passed down through generations.
You will learn to cook authentic Italian dishes, like Pasta al Pesto, Lasagna, Gnocchi and Tiramisù in an informal and friendly environment, with the wonderful view of lake Como just in front of you.
After the cooking class you will enjoy the fruit of your labor, drinking a glass of wine or soft drink and obviously ending with your Tiramisù and a cup of a good espresso coffee!
We have designed our cooking classes so that we will start around 11.00 o'clock. We will give you some hystorical and regional notions of the day's menu and after few simple instructions, you will be ready to roll up your sleeves for hands-on preparation of the meal!
